Our liability is strictly limited to the service fee paid and does not cover sentimental or subjective value of any timepiece.
6. Service Disclaimer
All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship, Elite Watch Fix does not guarantee:

That your watch will be restored to factory condition (especially for vintage or damaged pieces)

That any cosmetic or mechanical issues beyond the service scope will be resolved

That parts replaced will always be OEM due to brand-specific sourcing restrictions (unless otherwise agreed)
We are not responsible for undetected pre-existing faults, prior unauthorized repairs, or manufacturer-specific limitations.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the custom and labor-intensive nature of our work, we do not offer refunds on completed services.
However, if you are unsatisfied with the service for a legitimate reason (e.g., mechanical malfunction, service error), we will:

Conduct a free re-inspection of the issue

Offer reasonable corrections or re-servicing within 30 days of delivery

Require original service documents and warranty tag to validate the request
Refunds are only considered in rare cases where no service was rendered and will be subject to review.
Please note: Refunds are not applicable to courier fees, diagnostics, or parts ordered at the client’s request.
8. Shipping and Insurance
All watches shipped to us should be properly packed and insured. Elite Watch Fix is not responsible for watches lost or damaged during transit if they were not covered by insurance.
Watches returned to clients are shipped via insured courier services. Tracking information will be provided, and signatures will be required upon delivery.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of our Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singaporean courts.
10. Amendments to Terms
Elite Watch Fix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
